Shipping, Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

We take pride in shipping our products across India, utilizing the services of reputed courier companies such as Bluedart, Fedex, Delhivery, Ecom Express, India Post, Xpress Bees, and others to ensure swift and secure delivery.

For metro cities, you can expect delivery within 2-5 working days, while the rest of India may experience delivery within 4-7 working days.

Should the product be in stock, we dispatch it within 48 hours of your order. However, if the product is temporarily unavailable, we will promptly notify you via email about its availability within 2-3 days.

In the rare event that we are unable to deliver the product through the courier, we will ensure delivery through India Post.

Please note that any delay caused by the courier company or India Post is beyond our responsibility.

To ensure your satisfaction, if the product arrives defective, damaged, or broken, kindly reach out to us within 4 days of delivery; otherwise, return or refund claims cannot be entertained.

In case the product is not functioning as expected, please contact us with proper testing proof of the received product from us. Without suitable testing proof, we regret that we cannot process return or refund claims.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and quantity of the product and will be automatically added when you make a purchase.

For defective or damaged products, if reverse pickup has been arranged, we will initiate the refund or replacement process upon receiving the products back.

To facilitate reverse pickup, a Shipping Label will be sent to your email address, and kindly affix the label to the box with its original packing.

Please refer to the product information page for specific details regarding returns and warranty, if applicable to certain products.

In the event of wrong product delivery, we accept returns with the original packing within 2 days.

Once an order is confirmed, we regret that cancellations cannot be entertained.

For prepaid orders that are not accepted, received, or collected, or if the courier is returned, shipping and return charges will be deducted from the prepaid amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded after evaluating the issue.

In case an order is canceled by us for any reason, we will initiate a full refund to your account or card, whichever is applicable, within 10 working days.

If an order fails or is canceled, and payment has been deducted from your account, rest assured that the paid amount will be automatically refunded to your card or account, whichever is applicable.
