We've all been there. You spend weeks designing a perfect PCB, you solder it beautifully, the firmware works flawlessly... and then you wrap it in electrical tape or stuff it into a plastic food container to show the client.
It ruins the presentation. A professional electronic device needs a professional housing. That's why GSA Electronic is officially launching our Industrial 3D Printing Service.
Why 3D Printing?
In the past, if you wanted a custom plastic case, you had to pay ₹5 Lakhs for an Injection Molding die. That makes no sense for a prototype or a small batch of 50 units.
With 3D printing, we can go from your CAD file (.STEP or .STL) to a physical part in 24 hours. No tooling costs. No minimum order quantity.
FDM vs. SLA: Which one do you need?
We offer two technologies, and choosing the right one is key to your project's success:
1. FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling)
This is the standard filament printing. It's strong, durable, and cost-effective.
Best for: Internal brackets, heavy-duty industrial mounts, and large enclosures where surface finish isn't the #1 priority.
This uses a laser to cure liquid resin. The precision is insane. The layers are almost invisible, and it looks like a molded commercial product.
Best for: Consumer products, wearables, and detailed prototypes you want to show investors.
Complete Your Hardware Build
The best part? Since we design your PCB, we can design the enclosure to fit it perfectly. No more drilling holes manually because the USB port didn't align.
- Perfect snap-fits for your PCB mounting holes.
- Custom cutouts for LEDs and Displays.
- Multiple material options (PLA, ABS, PETG, Resin).
